In 2015, GCL Group and the National Integrated Circuit Industry Fund jointly invested in the establishment of a joint venture company - Xinhua Semiconductor, specializing in the research and production of Semi Grade Polysilicon and Silicon-based Electronic Grade Gas. We have the first Semi Grade Polysilicon production line in China with an annual output of 5000 tons (under construction of 10000 tons), have completed over 600 improvements and innovations in core technologies and equipment, and have independently developed trace impurity purification high-efficiency chemical vapor deposition non-contact intelligent silicon material refining technology. We are the contracting unit of the "National Major Science and Technology Project 02 Special Project" and the "National Strong Foundation Project", and have been awarded the "2024 Global Unicorn" enterprise by Hurun Research Institute.
