钙钛矿——新一代光伏技术


昆山协鑫光电材料有限公司成立于2019年12月24日,由协鑫、腾讯、淡马锡、红杉、IDG投资共同投资主要从事大面积钙钛矿光伏组件的研究、开发及量产工作,致力于实现钙钛矿光伏技术的产业化。公司核心科研团队于2013年开始钙钛矿光伏技术商业化研究,是国内较早展开钙钛矿光伏技术研究的机构;2015年建成10MW级钙钛矿光伏组件(45x65cm2)的中试线,该组件是当时全球面积最大、效率最高的钙钛矿光伏组件,实现了从无到有的突破;2021年建成全球首条100MW钙钛矿太阳能电池与大面积钙钛矿光伏组件(1mx2m)量产线,该产线的成功建设,加速推进了钙钛矿电池的产业化进程;2023年底,奠基了全球首条GW级钙钛矿光伏量产线建设项目,标志着钙钛矿光伏产业进入商用量产化发展阶段。2024年3月,钙钛矿单结组件效率达19.04%,钙钛矿+晶硅叠层组件效率达26.36%。是目前全球钙钛矿商业化研究领域,尺寸最大,转化效率最高的新质材料产品代表型企业。

Perovskite—New generation photovoltaic technology


Perovskite is known as the third generation or truly disruptive new concept solar cell. GCL Group has been researching and developing perovskite for more than ten years, has received investment from heavyweight institutions such as Redshirt, IDG, Temasek, Tencent, and IDG.

In 2015,GCL has the world's first 100MW perovskite production line, and Kunshan, Jiangsu Province is constructing a 2GW level large-scale perovskite production line. The overall production cost of perovskite is low, and the raw materials used for commercial size components of 2 * 1m are only about 2 grams.

Till now,The 2 * 1m 100MW commercial grade large-sized module is currently the only one in the world, with a stable single-junction modules’ conversion efficiency of 19.04%@2㎡;tandem-junction modules' conversion efficiency of 26.36% @1.7㎡。It is the perovskite commercial component manufacturer with the largest component size and the highest steady-state transformation efficiency of perovskite in the world.
