您现在来的是氢能源展区,通过积极布局海外天然气业务,推进国内LNG接收站建设,实施蓝氢战略。协鑫通过新疆、内蒙的大规模风光发电及四川水电制取绿氢,供应当地工业、能源、交通和建筑用氢,实现就地消纳。待绿氢实现成本下降后,可通过西气东输管线输送至东部经济发达省份,实现大规模应用。

协鑫通过综合化工厂转化为载氢化工产品即甲醇与合成氨。甲醇与合成氨便于大规模长距离运输,合成氨可分解制得氢气,甲醇可用作化工原料,将碳固化到下游产品中,从而实现工艺过程无碳排放。天然气制合成氨或制甲醇,在业内均属于工艺成熟的技术,协鑫的创新之处在于把这两种技术耦合在一座工厂里,这不仅实现了零碳排放的工艺过程,还增加了化工产品的产量,同时最大限度地利用了天然气资源,为长距离运输氢资源提供了有效载体,为确保我国的能源安全供应做出了贡献。

Hydrogen energy


You are now in the Hydrogen Energy Zone, where the Blue Hydrogen Strategy is being implemented by actively laying out overseas natural gas business and promoting the construction of domestic LNG receiving terminals. GCL produces green hydrogen through large-scale wind power generation in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia and hydropower in Sichuan, supplying hydrogen for local industry, energy, transport and construction to achieve local consumption. After green hydrogen achieves cost reduction, it can be transported to economically developed eastern provinces through the West-East pipeline to achieve large-scale application.

GCL converts hydrogen-carrying chemical products, namely methanol and ammonia, through integrated chemical plants. Methanol and ammonia can be easily transported over long distances on a large scale. Ammonia can be decomposed to produce hydrogen, and methanol can be used as a chemical raw material to sequester carbon into downstream products, thus achieving a carbon-free process. The production of ammonia or methanol from natural gas is a mature technology in the industry, but GCL's innovation lies in coupling these two technologies in a single plant, which not only realises a zero-carbon emission process, but also increases the output of chemical products, and at the same time, maximises the use of natural gas resources, provides an effective carrier for the long-distance transportation of hydrogen resources, and contributes to ensuring the secure supply of energy in China.
