协鑫以东非埃塞俄比亚欧加登盆地天然气资源为基础，紧密围绕国家的“双碳”战略。他们从勘探到生产，构建了一整套的天然气产业链，包括开发、储运、加工、贸易销售等环节。通过与国内外专业公司和金融机构合作，实现了产业协同发展，同时也为国家的能源结构转型和经济发展做出了贡献。协鑫的天然气项目被国家列入“一带一路”项目储备库的重点项目，同时也是埃塞俄比亚和吉布提两国的重要建设工程。项目的资源丰富，可以满足大规模液化天然气、合成氨、甲醇等的生产需求，将成为长期稳定的清洁能源供应基地，对国家能源安全战略具有重要意义。
Based on the natural gas resources of Ethiopia's Ogaden Basin, GCL closely centers on the country's "dual-carbon" strategy. They have built a whole set of natural gas industry chains from exploration to production, including development, storage and transportation, processing, trade, and sales. Through cooperation with domestic and foreign professional companies and financial institutions, they have realized synergistic development in the industry and, at the same time, contributed to the transformation of the country's China’s energy structure and economic development. GCL's natural gas project is listed as a key project in the "Belt and Road" Project Reserve Bank of China and is also an important construction project in Ethiopia. The project is rich in resources and can meet the demand for large-scale production requirement of liquefied natural gas, synthetic ammonia, methanol, etc. It will become a long-term stable clean energy supply base, which is of great significance to the national energy security strategy.
